Beth P's got it right and well said. I'd only add that you can build a reputation for yourself as a knowledgeable SEO by posting to SEO blogs like the ones Beth listed.

Since you are good in SEO, you can optimize your site and target SEO and PPC keywords to get clients who are interested in your service.

Lot of people think that learning thr proper SEO thechnique is very difficult. But the fact is you have the proper focus on the subject and visit sites and blogs related to it then you can easily learn it.
