I am in search of domain name skardu.com but it was already taken, buddies plz tell me how can I get this domain from its owner, He never replied me against my several offers, going mad..........

I'm afraid if the domain owner isn't interested in selling, there's not much you can do. I have heard of people stealing domains, its not a very nice way to go about it but it can be done. Basically you would need to register the domain name immediately after it expires before they have a chance to renew it. The problem with this is that you have no idea when it will expire, if ever, and would require a great deal of persistence. My advise would be to let it go, and find another domain name. At least you will have a clear conscience, and can move forward.
